Restrictions
These rates are based on weekend and vacationing (approximately 40% occupancy) use during the season. This rate will not be used for residential campers who live in their RV. If park management determines you to be a residential camper after initial check-in, you will be assessed residential rates or nightly rates (your choice) to date and for all additional camping during your stay.
One-third (1/3) of the seasonal rate is due to reserve you site on or before March 15, 2013, and for seasonal campers currently storing their RV on location. The second one-third (1/3) payment is due on May 1, 2013. The final one-third (1/3) payment is due on June 1, 2013.
All payments are non-refundable.

All automobiles in the campground must be operational, registered, and insured.
Seasonal campers must keep their sites mowed during the regular camping season, loaner mowers are available through the office.
Seasonal campers must be located on sites that provide sewage disposal.
You must provide Park Management current proof of insurance at all times. Jackson Lake Campground & Park, LLC is not responsible for damage to your RV while in the Park.
We do not accept seasonal tent campers.
Seasonal campers must turn off all indoor and outdoor lighting, air conditioners, heaters and appliances when not staying at the park.
Anyone who moves site markers will be expelled from the campground permanently.
Full size freezers, full size washer and/or dryers, and any other full size appliances are not permitted in the park. All appliances must be fully contained in your RV and be RV size appliances.
Seasonal campers are responsible to mow around any items located on their campsite during the mowing crews regular rounds.
Each seasonall site is limited to one storage building. No storage building may have park utilities ran to said building.
Other than an RV, no outbuilding, storage buildings, or structure, may be erected or placed in park without express permission by Management. All structures brought into the park must have management’s prior approval as to location, dimensions, and aesthetics prior to being brought onto park property. Under no circumstances will any campsite be permitted more than one outbuilding or storage building. There is no guarantee you will be permitted to keep a building previously placed on the park grounds for any length of time. If at any time Management of the Park determines that the previously placed building has not been maintained in a condition acceptable to park management, you will be required to move, remove or remedy the condition within two weeks of written notice. No location for such a building will be approved if it is not located entirely on the rented site of the individual who owns the building.
